"Great Experience With Moving our Cat Internationally!"
Katy from PetRelocation did an amazing job moving our cat Nemo from the United States to Germany!
First, we did not know our exact travel dates until two weeks prior to our move. Katy organized everything in just a few days. She responded to emails quickly, kept track of every step of the process and made sure that we knew what to expect at every stage.
No questions were left unanswered. She managed to get the cat on the same flight as us, which made the trip a lot easier for us logistically. Katy also walked our vet through all the necessary paperwork and helped them fill it out correctly.
We have moved quite a bit (both in the US and internationally) and we have never been more satisfied with any other service or company we have used when relocating.
When we first found out that we'd be moving, we thought that moving the cat would be the hardest part. It turned out this was the easiest and least stressful part of our move thanks to Katy! She sent us pictures of our cat when he checked in at the airport, which was such a relief for us. Being able to see he was doing OK made the trip a lot less stressful.
As I mentioned earlier, we have moved the cat as well as our household goods several times internationally and in the US. We know how stressful it can be. Using PetRelocation and working with Katy was the best decision we made for this trip -- it is unbelievable how well-organized everything was thanks to PetRelocation and Katy.
