Incredible Experiences: Sadie’s Move to Arizona
"Sadie Reunites With Her Family"
I just want to thank PetRelocation for all they have done for me and my dog.
Sadie is a 5-year-old Chihuahua/pug/terrier mix -- she is too big to be on the plane/under the seat and naturally I was concerned about her being too small to go with the cargo. I am in the military and have been apart from her for 3 years.
She had been living with my parents in Connecticut and I am now stationed in Arizona. Whitney, in sales, helped with all the questions I had and was able to see a picture of Sadie before so that they knew she was not a “snub nose” dog even though she has pug in her. Once all my questions were answered, we went ahead and booked the flight.
The day of the relocation, Sadie was picked up at my parent’s house and driven to Newark. Her flight was delayed from Newark, which made her miss her connecting flight in Denver. Sarah, the client care specialist, called me right away and let me know what was going on. It was very helpful to have up to date information.
I picked up Sadie at Tuscon Airport, and due to the delayed flight, I picked her up at baggage claim since the cargo facility was closed. Overall, we had a great experience and Sadie is enjoying her time in Arizona.
