Suspicious deaths and kidney failures in cats and dogs this week led to a nationwide pet food recall of all Menu Foods brand pet foods. At Petrelocation.com our goal is to keep you abreast of everything happening in the pet world. Menu Foods is a major manufacturer of common pet food brands sold at stores like Kroger's and Wal-Mart.
The recall affects wet food with "cuts and gravy" and foil pouches belonging to the IAMS and Eukanuba brand. The Food & Drug Administration (FDA) has been trying to track down all of the brands associated with the recall and remove them from stores. The CEO and President of Menu Foods, Paul Henderson, says that at this point "we're not 100 percent sure what's happened."
PetRelocation wants to alert its clients to the foods affected by the recall. Please remember, the recall only pertains to wet food with cuts and gravy. The full list is below.
