The coordinators and transferrees LOVE you pets travel people. I always try to do a follow up with the transferees at origin after they have been contacted by your team. The reports are that they have had all their questions answered and they feel comfortable with using you as a carrier. I try to give them an opening so we can change carriers if the transferees want and not one person has requested a change.
That is probably the highest compliment you can receive! I really like working with you and your pet transport team.
