How was your experience finding pet care in your new country?:
We were very pleased with the relocation of our 13 year old collie-lab to Seattle Washington. Communication was prompt and the process for travel by air was nicely organized. Our dog arrived in good condition, a little disoriented but rapidly getting used to her new home. We are most appreciative.
How was your pet(s) reaction to the new environment?:
Overall good, she quickly got use to the lay out of her new home and yard, really no behavioral issues.
What's your favorite local hotspot that you've discovered?:
Neighborhood parks near Lake Washington in Seattle.
What are some things you miss the most about where you came?:
Not much.
If you had to relocate your pet(s) all over again, what would you do differently?:
I think for long distance travel, our decision for travel by air was the right one. Fortunately the summer heat had not kicked in in Washington DC, so this is the one issue to keep in mind.
What was the best/worst part of your pet relocation?:
Furniture delivery was late. Dog arrived on time. Need I say more.
How long do you plan to stay in your new country?:
New job in Seattle, indefinitely.
