Pre-Move Services:

Initial Veterinarian Consultation

Your Specialist will contact your veterinarian to introduce themselves, go over your pet's vaccination history, and advise the veterinarian as to the next steps. This helps avoid any miscommunications between you and your veterinarian.

PetRelocation.com Welcome Pack

International clients receive our custom Welcome Pack upon engagement of our services. This includes all pertinent documents for your destination country, pre-filled labels for your pet's travel crate, water bowls, health certificate endorsement paperwork, as well as other pet travel goodies!

Door-to-Door Coordination

Your Specialist handles all the details of your pet relocation. Flights are booked, customs agents are hired, necessary import permits are obtained and any additional destination services, like boarding or veterinary care, can also be arranged if necessary.

Domestic and International Health Certificate Assistance

Our services include obtaining the government and consular endorsements necessary for international pet travel. Your Specialist will be with you and your vet every step of the way in making sure that the necessary paperwork is completed correctly.

All of our pickup and delivery drivers are screened by the TSA and have signed a Preferred Vendor agreement with PetRelocation.com which requires them to undergo regular reviews, comply by our specific pet travel safety standards and provide a Delivery Acceptance form signed by the pet owner after every delivery.

We can arrange boarding, grooming and veterinary services after each pet's relocation, as well as provide any necessary pet supplies for your new residence.
