Meet Hairy, moving from Texas to Thailand!

We service every major airport in the world, so it's a real treat when we have customers moving in and out of Austin, where are headquarters are.  Our customer, Jan, sent us this picture of her cat, Hairy, who we are moving to Bangkok (airport code: BKK) at the end of the month. Hairy will begin her trip in Round Rock, Texas, which is just north of Austin (most known for being the home of Dell Computers!).  We're also hoping that Jan will stop by our launch party next week for some free food & drinks!

We are required to have an import permit issued when shipping pets to Thailand, and one of the items required for obtaining the permit is a photo of the pet.  This allows the Thailand Ministry of Agriculture to make sure that the pet is in fact the breed of pet it claims to be -- not too big of an issue for cats, but for dogs, particularly mixed breed dogs, they want to be sure you are not importing a "viscious" or banned breed of dog like a Pit Bull.

Hairy will fly on a pet friendly airline out of Houston and arrive safely in Bangkok at the end of May!
