In a global industry, it's rare that we get to meet many of our customers.  Sometimes our customers are never even in the United States -- we do many pet relocations from Amsterdam to China, Thailand to Denmark and so on.

That's what made it fun to put some faces to names at Wednesday night's launch party.  We got to meet two of our customers, Debby and Scott, who are moving from Austin to Singapore next week.  Their pup, Murphy, is all set to go and has a reservation at the Singapore Sembawang Animal Quarantine Station.
