The American Cat and Dog Resort has two Vegas locations and provide dog and cat free - roam suites with kitchenettes, color TVs, and 24/7 supervision. Their locations are at 2900 E Patrick Lane near McCarran Airport  and 6810 W Sahara. Also, Doggie Oasis at 2924 Lake East Drive, provides dog daycare, overnight and extended care services, and is equipped with 24/7 webcams.  The Examiner even notes that "They also offer dog weddings and birthday parties complete with cake and birthday hats for appreciable fees."
