Hi Matt,

I was going to email you but you beat me to it! Louis and Oliver arrived today a little earlier than expected (which was nice)in great shape.

I wanted to let you know how appreciative we were with our dogs safe and happy transportation. You took care of our two Golden Retrievers Sadie and Jackson from Sacramento California to Paris France.

We are so impressed with the care and attention you gave us and our dogs Sadie and Jackson. They both arrived yesterday and were a bit anxious. We gave them a bath and walked them and they were back to their old selves in a few hours. The service you and your associates gave them made the trip so smooth for them.
Mari from Precious Cargo was amazing with her care and service. Thanks for all the prep and follow up for their problem free trip. Where can I send a letter of recommendation and thanks?

Everything went well with the dog move. He arrived happy, healthy and full of energy. In fact my wife was surprised at how well he was doing after such a long trip. The guys who picked him up in Paris were on time and knew what they were doing and spoke English which was nice.

My neighbor in Paris brought her dog over here herself and the dog died on the trip. I tell people in Paris to go to the professionals to ship your dog. It may not seem that complicated but why not have someone do it who does it everyday and knows how.

My wife and I were very impressed with the services your firm provided, and the ease with which our family member 'Cooper' was transported

from Charlotte, NC to Paris, France.

As me and my wife still deal with getting over the jet lag, Cooper has quickly adjusted to his new surroundings and is a happy beagle.

Other than being a bit tired, Cooper is doing great. He's already seen the Arc de Triomph, and he's now thinking about where to pose for his Pet Relocation.com feedback letter....maybe the Eiffel!
