I just had to send an email to thank you for all of your dedicated efforts in getting my three dogs safely and happily into Dublin, Ireland.

Your company is amazing and you are quite simply, the BEST!!!  Your web site is so informative and all the information you provided me along the way was outstanding!  It made the process so seamless.  Thank you again for the suggestion of Futurepets.com for my dog travel crates.  That was a wonderful recommendation and another consumer friendly company!

I was overwhelmed at the prospect of sending not one, but three dogs overseas.  You made the adventure (and the paperwork) so easy!  The gentlemen that picked up the dogs and transported them to the airport and the one who drove them down from Belfast were wonderful, knowledgeable people.  I enjoyed meeting them both.  I knew the dogs were in great hands!

I am still amazed at how well the dogs made it through their two flights and stay over in the New Jersey kennel.  A special thank you to those folks!!

Your extended network is so well connected and really know the routine and how to handle the dogs.   I felt informed through the whole process and really appreciated the "update" phone calls.

Thanks so much for relocating Jewels. She is doing fine without any bad side effects from the move. The gentleman who picked her up was very good with not only Jewels but also put my daughters mind at ease with his manner. He had a dog of his own on the trip which really allowed my girls to feel good about him. I would use you and him again without pause.

Thank you very much for looking after Betty Boo and Foxy during our relocation from the USA to Qatar. Matt Kincaid provided a world class service. Matt's answers to my questions were quick and accurate. He made me feel at ease choosing PetRelocation.com to move my babies.

The agent is Doha went above and beyond her scope whilst clearing customs with the girls. As it was too late to bring them to the pet hotel, she took them home with her and kept them for 2 days until our house was ready.

Betty Boo and Foxy were as we left them in the States: not stressed at all!

A word of advice about Qatar and dogs: it is not a good place to have pets here. We got threatened to have the police come to remove our dogs 2 days after behind in our compound and we had to find another compound accepting dogs, which can be challenging in a country where there is a shortage of houses. Nevertheless, we are now settled in a nice compound with a grass area (luxury!!).

We didn't know before coming here that the Muslim religion does not tolerate dogs as they are considered uncleaned because of the way the clean themselves. Locals especially kids are not used to seeing dogs and just want to tease and throw things at them... We live in a compound with westerners so they are OK here.

Again, Thank you for the service provided and when we are ready to come back to the States, which should be at the latest mid-February 2009, I will be sure to get in touch with your company.
