Crash & Max on the beach in Miri!

We got a great testimonial and photo from our friend Heather who we moved to Miri, Malaysia about a month ago. We love getting feedback like this!

We got our pets out of quarantine this past weekend. Yippee! We successfully transported 3 large dogs & 4 cats from Houston, TX to Miri, Sarawak - Malaysia. They were to be picked up by PetRelocation.com on Thursday but Hurricane Ike hit Houston on Friday & the city shut down, flights were canceled, roads were flooded...but somehow Rachel managed to get my pets picked up on Monday morning and then on the first flight out of Houston on Tuesday. Miraculous!

Thanks to your company and our rep Rachel our pets served the minimum quarantine of 4 weeks. Having a great team really eased my mind in transporting my "kids" across the world. Rachel worked directly with my vet in Houston & the vet here in Miri to make sure that all paperwork was perfect and all shots were done in the correct staging, etc. The quarantine here has rarely seen this many pets go through their system so smoothly. Thank you thank you thank you!

Other than using PetRelocation.com I would strongly suggest that anyone transporting their pets have contact with a local vet in the city/country where they are moving. This saved us from having to keep our pets in quarantine for 3 to 6 months. They require a "titer" or rabies test here and it is not indicated on any paperwork, websites, etc. Having this valuable information beforehand saved us lots of money & reunited us with our pets much much sooner.

Please feel free to use my words & use me as a reference via email - I'd be happy to talk you guys up! :)

Sincerely,
Heather
