Trish Rivera

International Relocation Coordinator

“There are so many things I like about working at PetRelocation. I love the supportive culture and the care that is provided to the owners and their pets. I really enjoy working with the pet owner to create the best plan for their move and to assist in reducing the stress that they may feel about their pet’s travel experience.”

Having spent most of her working life in the social service fields of early childhood and substance abuse, pet relocation is a new area for Trish. She is thrilled to put to use the skills she acquired in working with people in need to helping pet owners through a different kind of life transition. She enjoyed her previous career, but after many years wanted a change that involved more of what she loves in her personal life.

One of those loves includes dogs, especially rescue dachshunds!  Trish's other interests are many and include music (Shinyribs and Ray Wylie Hubbard are local favorites), reading (in two book clubs), being outside, and cooking for friends. She also loves art and has another creative side which includes a love of tools of all kinds, some jewelry silversmithing skills, building furniture with her husband and figuring out how to make just about anything.

While not born in Texas, she got here as fast as she could to get out of the cold of Wisconsin. It’s beautiful state, but Trish says she's born to live in warmth and sunshine all year round!
