I chose PetRelocation.com to move my Annuska because I was in Afghanistan and I needed someone who was familiar with the laws of the quarantine in Hawaii. Both women who helped me out so much were amazing and did a wonderful job in getting Annuska to me.
Elaine was very knowledgeable and helpful, and very patient with me the 2-3 months leading up to moving Annuska, and the woman she had in Honolulu coordinating Annuska's Direct release from the airport and then managed to get her on a flight on the same day to the island that I currently live on, that was just pure amazement!
When she realized that my dog wasn't going to be able to make it on her scheduled flight, she immediately called me and let me know that she had already gotten her on the next (and final!) flight out and that the delay would be minor. I feel very lucky and I will definitely use this service again! Thank you both so very very much!
