I could not be happier that I chose Petrelocation.com.  Your agent Matt Kincaid did a brilliant job of not only making sure the boarding in New York and move from New York to London went smoothly but he kept me calm. I was a nervous wreck worrying about my cat Pearl and Matt was always available to speak with me and always so reassuring.  When Pearl arrived in London it only took her about 2 hours to resume her normal routines which tells me the trip was not at all traumatic for her.
