Hi David,

Take a look at the pet import requirements for Spain here ---  you'll see that a titer test is not needed, but you will a few other things, including a rabies vaccine, a microchip and a vet health certificate. Note that microchip implantation must occur prior to the rabies vaccine.

We also recommend allowing plenty of time for your dogs to get used to their pet travel crates, and be sure to choose a pet friendly airline. We often use KLM, Lufthansa and United due to their pet friendly policies.
