We cannot praise Pet Relocation.com, and Matt in particular, enough for the fantastic job you did moving our cats - Jersey Girl and CC - from NJ to England. Every stage of the process was handled superbly. Even our vets commented on how simple and efficient it was. In addition, everyone we spoke with at petrelocation.com was friendly, courteous and helpful.  

Matt took the time to explain everything carefully (if necessary, several times!), reassure us when we had concerns and provide all the information/paperwork etc we needed. He listened to our specific needs and did everything he could to accommodate them.   The actual move went very smoothly. Both cats recovered from the trip quickly. Matt's advice about acclimating them to the carriers and the speedy door-to-door service really helped reduce their (and our) stress.   We will be recommending PetRelocation.com to everyone who has to move their pets.
