KLM Cargo Holiday Hours

Petrelocation.com - Below is information on the holiday closings for KLM Cargo and their pet friendly Animal Hotel in Amsterdam.


*For bookings of Day Old Chicks, Hatching Eggs, Live Horses, and Live Specials:

In observance of Christmas, our Live Animal Desk in Chicago will be closed on December 25 and 26. It will re-open for business on Monday morning, December 29.

Further, the Live Animal Desk will be closed on New Year's Day, January 1, and it will re-open for business on Friday, January 2.

* For bookings of Live Pets:

The KLM Cargo Customer Service Dept. will be closed on December 25 and January 1 only. As always, you may contact them via ph. 1-800-556-9000.

* For bookings of Live Horses on other carriers:

In observance of Christmas and the holidays, our KLM Animal Hotel will not be able to accommodate Live Horses for other airlines from December 24 through January 1. The acceptance of Live Horses on other airlines will resume again on January 2, 2009.

Please note that this restriction applies to Live Horses on other airlines only. Live Horses flown on KLM Cargo are not impacted and the Animal Hotel is open for business during the Holidays
