I was so panicked about transporting my dog, Sophie and two cats across country. Dealing with PetRelocation.com and Mike Cardno was the best experience. Getting the pets moved from the house to the airport for departure was easy and I felt reassured as I watched them being placed in a roomy vehicle that was kept at a cool temperature to keep the pets from being exposed to the triple digit heat in the Washington Metro Area.
The person who met the animals in San Francisco was understanding of my concerns and called to give updates regarding their arrival. She stayed with them at my new home for a while to help them become acclimated to their new environment.
