I was very nervous to not only move myself to Morocco but to move my cats as well. I decided to use PetRelocation.com after speaking with other companies and reading reviews.

This was one of the best decisions that I could have made. Due to airline and country issues, Puff and Peanut were two weeks late to arrive. I was already in Morocco trying to get myself acclimated while worried about their well-being at home. I had nothing to worry about. The agent in Seattle was amazing and made sure that their vet visit was completed not once but twice due to their late departure, she boarded them for two nights free when their flight got canceled, and she checked them in at the airport.

With every flight delay and delay from Morocco, Lenneke and Amber, my Relocation Specialists, ensured me that they were well taken care of and went above and beyond to secure a flight and entrance into Morocco. Amber accepted every hysterical call from me when my cats did not arrive at my apartment when they were supposed to and worked through the night with the agent in Morocco to figure out where they were.

We are now reunited and are truly beginning our journey in Morocco. I could not have nor would not have done this without PetRelocation. They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and truly care about your pet. I will definitely use them when we return home and recommend them to anyone that is moving with a pet.
