Pet Travel Question: Does Ecuador Require a Quarantine?

I know that some countries require pet quarantines upon arrival. Is this the case in Ecuador? We are looking to relocate in about a year and are considering a few different places. I really don't want my pets to go to quarantine, so can you please advise? We would love to find out more about your services, too. Thank you and happy new year.
