Pet Travel Question: Import Requirements for Turkey

To: TRNC (Northern Cyprus)
We are driving overland and have all the necessary documents for TRNC. We will transit through Turkey which is the only non EU country we pass through. We will have DEFRA Export Licenses and all vaccination certificates and rabies test reports with us. Are you aware of any further documents we will need for transit through Turkey (Import Licenses, etc...)? We will be in Turkey for a total of two days.

Thank you for contacting us! Here are the pet import requirements for Turkey. In addition to proof of vaccinations, etc... You will need to obtain an import permit and an International Health Certificate as well. Please contact us if you have any questions about obtaining these. Good luck with your travels!
