Pet Travel Question: Moving a Rabbit to Canada

My boyfriend and I are looking to move to Canada within the next year, however one slight problem is that we have a pet rabbit that we would dearly love to take with us. I am trying to find a route that will cause him the least amount of stress. Please could you advise.
