Pet Travel Question: Pug Travel to and from Switzerland

To: Outside of Bern, Switzerland
I'm moving to Switzerland for one year. Does my pug need to be quarantined there or when I return back to the states? Also can my pug be a carry on, or must he be down below with the luggage?

Hi Jody,
Here are the pet import requirements for Switzerland as well as the pet import requirements for the United States. You should be able to successfully clear customs if you follow these rules, however since pugs are a snub-nosed breed you'll want to double check particular airline regulations, as well.
