I just wanted to say that Scotty has made our pet transport experience thus far extremely easy.

He is quick to reply to emails, always contactable by phone, and never fails to reassure us that things will be ok. All of our documentation was taken care of, and NOTHING has fallen through the cracks (we figured out how easy it is for that to happen when we brought the critters up from Brazil...what a nightmare...but we didn't know about you guys at the time).

Please keep up the fantastic work that you do at PetRelocation.com - it is rare that you find a business that understands just how important pets are to their owners, and that they aren't just cargo - they are part of the family. Thanks for everything you do!
