Dear Matt, I’m sorry that it has taken me so long to get back in touch with you. Kali and I have needed this time to "R and R" deeply and we are doing so in such beautiful surroundings. We, Philip and I, cannot thank you or PetRelocation.com enough for making this all possible. You were so right when you said that once I handed Kali off to your associate in Denver that it was just one less thing I needed to worry about. And indeed, I did not worry…your contact calls on her journey were comforting…and I did NOT worry… I knew she was being looked after as we would have done for her.
I would and will highly recommend PetRelocation.com for anyone looking to move their pet. I found a level of customer service and expertise that surpassed my expectations. My representative, Matt, walked us through each step of the process and our Lab was shipped from Denver, CO, USA to Chania, Crete, Greece without one problem. In fact, Kali had a much better itinerary than I did!!!! They kept us informed of her transport each and every step of the way and when you are making such an extreme international move it is so comforting to know that someone is caring for your pet on such a journey. Yes, she was tired but also excited to see her human on the other side of the move.
If we ever had to transport again, I would not hesitate to use PetRelocation.com again. In fact, we have friends that are going to make this same move and I have given my high marks to this company to move their cat next summer!
