Taz’s Pet Move to North Carolina

Pet Relocation was recommended to me by my Vet's assistant after I complained to her that I was having a horrible time planning the trip for Taz by myself. I had spent hours on the computer and on the phone trying to find a flight and transport to and from the airport. Horrible!
When I contacted PetRelocation I spoke to Molly, she is wonderful, she took plenty of time to explain the process to me. I felt as though she cared as much about Taz as we do. Once all the plans were made Molly's communication about schedules and the people who would be handling Taz was also very good. I was contacted a few days in advance by the woman who would be driving Taz to the airport, very pleasant on the phone, but my nerves started. It was real now, my 13 year old dog was going on a 6-8 hour journey. Friday morning came and Sue arrived and almost instantly I felt better, she was both professional and kind. She worked quickly and didn't give me enough time to fret but enough time to feel comfortable.
Taz arrived safe and sound. She was picked up at the airport by Chris and boarded overnight. Chris washed all of Taz's bedding gave her a good dinner and then delivered her to our new home in the morning. She was in great shape, happy and playful. My husband I were joking that Taz was probably thinking of where she would like to go on her next trip.
