Everyone at your company was very helpful.  Marcus stayed right on it and kept me informed throughout.  The lady in Calgary was particularly concerned about Katrina's well being and called us to let us know that she was there and would be coming to Lloydminster the next day. 

Katrina was in good condition when we got her off the plane and she has continued to do well in Canada.  Your services seem to be very professional and well thought out.  I think you have a staff of people that genuinely care about pets and there well being -- its not just a job.
