I am so sorry for my delay in thanking you for a worry-free return trip home for our dog Bailey.  I really wanted to get a note to you sooner but somehow was distracted by all that comes with a major move!  We were so impressed with your contacts, at each end of Baileys transport. 

The woman who picked up Bailey in Zurich upon our departure was wonderful.  (I am sorry that her name has escaped me.)  Bailey immediately took to her.  She saw us at the airport (upon our departure) the next morning and came up to us to give us a report on Baileys departure.   It was nice to hear how Bailey was managing.  The gentleman who delivered Bailey to our home in Naperville, IL was equally as nice.   And of course, our dog arrived in great shape, very happy to be home!

It certainly was a pleasure working with you and your staff.   The entire process, from original contact to home delivery was great and extremely easy on us!
