PetRelocation Customer Story: “The Big Move”

We relocated from Indiana to Texas recently. This is the first out-of-state move we have done, and we did not want our large dog (144 lbs) to fly, so we found PetRelocation and they took him by ground.

The trip took about a day and a half in a van that was heated and cooled. It also had a GPS tracker so we could check on the location of our dog at any time online or by a phone app. That was the best part -- I always knew where are dog was and about how long it would take to get him to his new home.

The people that work at PetRelocation are very nice and helpful on the phone, and by email they were very easy to get ahold of. I would use them again and again if I had to.

The driver really seemed like she cared about our pet and she seemed to take great care of him. The only issue I had was on a billing matter but it was taken care of right away and was partly my fault. Again, I cannot say enough good things about this company and I would trust them with your pet.
