Jill Rush and her colleagues in NYC, Frankfurt and Copenhagen took utmost professional care of our pet Netherland Dwarf bunny during his transatlantic flights from the US to Europe.  Despite a last-minute embargo on pet travel via Lufthansa out of Newark, NJ, Jill swiftly rebooked him onto another flight the next day.  Her NYC team kindly boarded our rabbit that night and secured his veterinary travel certificate.  We received a photo of our bunny when he landed in Frankfurt and were thrilled to see him delivered safe and sound to our hotel in Copenhagen.  Our three children, my husband, and I are very grateful for PetRelocation's compassionate care and are looking forward to working with Jill and her team again on our trip home.
