Thanks for contacting us with your question. Bringing your cat to the Philippines will require that you follow this set of import rules. Primarily you'll need a microchip, an updated rabies vaccine, and an international health certificate.

One thing to flag: starting January 1, 2027, the Philippines will require a rabies titer test for pet import permit applications. The Bureau of Animal Industry has not yet published the full testing requirements. If your cat's move could happen in 2027, contact us early so we can plan the timing.
