When we were thinking of moving our Shi Tzu from Ft. Lauderdale to Hong Kong, we considered doing it ourselves. Fortunately, that idea lasted for about three minutes.
Without doubt, using your service was one of the best travel decisions we have made. The comprehensive attention to detail and hand-holding was remarkable, to the point of being available when the vet was filling out the necessary forms.
Poppet arrived at this end obviously very happy to have two familiar faces greeting her. Your agent here was very caring and helpful.
All in all you made a complex and potentially worrisome process as easy as it was possible for us and we are both very impressed and grateful.
