Pug Travel Story: Aggie’s Relocation to Japan

Aggie the pugIncredible Experiences: The Challenges of Dog Shipping to Japan

We just moved to Okinawa, Japan and had to leave our Pug, Aggie behind due to flight restrictions and quarantine.

It was so hard to leave her, she is part of our family and it's not complete when she's not with us. I looked at the process of importing her to Japan when we first found out we were coming here. I just stared at the requirements and cried because there was so much to do. It scared me.

I thought that I would mess it up and she wouldn't get to us. This is when I made the decision to go online and find a company that deals with this. I googled and your company popped up and I read the reviews and knew this was the right decision.

I contacted your office and the response was instant and the customer service was amazing. I knew our girl would be well taken care of. I worked with Mandy and Kelcey and they are so awesome and on top of things. We left Aggie with my parents and my parents told me on a few occasions how much they liked working with Mandy and knew we had made the right decision as well.

Barbara was the first contact in Salt Lake City and my parents says she was fantastic. The contact in Tokyo, Tomi, was fantastic as well. She called me a week before Aggie left to introduce herself and give me information, etc.

While Aggie was traveling I received emails along the way letting me know she had arrived/left safely. This gave me such great comfort. The day arrived for us to collect her from the airport and it took only a matter of minutes to have her released to us. We had heard horror stories that it takes a long time to have them released, not the case with us, lickity split.

I can't thank you enough for the wonderful and amazing help, concern, and great communication we received. I tell everybody how wonderful the service was that you provided. We have our little girl and now our family is complete.

Thank you and a huge thank you to Mandy and Kelcey! You need to hold onto them forever!!
