PET FRIENDLY TRAVEL TO MENORCA - An Island off of Spain!

Most of the 450 restaurants on the island donԒt allow pets but you may find an exception if your well behaved pet is seated at an outside table quietly with you. But do ask the owners before booking, and then enjoy! If you fancy trying your hand at preparing the traditional cuisine, some local farm-house cheeses are the way to go in a very tasty Spanish omelette or tapas. Paella is also a popular regional dish or try some tasty fresh fish with "La salsa mahonesa", or Mahon sauce which is mayonnaise, rumored to have originated right here on this tiny island in 1776!
