The customer service with PetRelocation was astounding! Not only was I contacted shortly after my inquiry, throughout the whole process I was kept up to date with everything.
My agent was courteous, polite, and very helpful throughout my pet's transition! The price I paid for PetRelocation was better value than other pet transferring companies. Not many offered door-to-door transport.
Being able to have someone pick up my pet in the US from my house and deliver her to my new home in Australia was incredible! I loved it every step of the way and any/all doubts I had about transitioning my pet were alleviated.
