Katie and Katy were great right from our very first contact with them. Katie Harris, our relocation coordinator, was very attentive and super helpful and understanding.
When our move was delayed and everything was completely unknown due to Covid-19, she kept us updated when any changes or announcements were made regarding our move. Katie was always interested in how Rasmus was doing leading up to and throughout the move process, she also offered helpful info along the way to help us with his crate acclimation. I was so impressed with the service, that I've already recommended the team to a few other people looking to make the move back to New Zealand with pets!
