"Incredible Experiences: Two Cats Relocate to Sydney"
We had many reservations about moving our two cats from New York City to Sydney, Australia. It's a long flight, a 10-day quarantine, and Australian import customs are stringent.
Our Relocation Coordinator Nina Faber was there for us every step of the way, though, sometimes emailing me three or four times per day. We also spoke on the phone.
This woman is amazing! She followed up on everything. She was organized. She was personable, friendly, and professional. Really, I can not say enough good things about Nina... and therefore, PetRelocation as a business.
Our cats arrived safe and healthy, and we were less stressed knowing that PetRelocation and affiliates were caring for our pets each step of the way.
