Everything about the whole process was fantastic. Everyone was helpful, courteous and did their utmost to allay our fears and concerns.
Responses to our questions were swift and very helpful. We were on a tight time constraint due to our dog being a snub-nose breed and we had left it pretty late, yet not once was there any doubt about getting her to us in time and all in all it took no more than three weeks from start to finish!
