Here's an update from a recent client of ours. Sounds like Danu is doing well after her move!
When my mother recently found out she had to have hip surgery and would be unable to walk Danu, her Labradoodle, she dreaded the thought of putting her in a kennel for 3-5 months while she recovered.
She jumped at my offer to send her to me to join my Coonhound and two cats during her rehabilitation.
We needed a way to get her from California to New York, so I starting searching for a pet relocation company. I checked out the websites and requested quotes from a half dozen firms.
PetRelocation responded almost immediately (I never even heard from some of the other companies), and from the beginning I was very pleased and impressed with their organization.
They questioned me about the details and timing of the move and provided a very competitive quote. They also assigned me my own Client Care Specialist who worked with me on a daily basis to make sure we got all the paperwork and supplies needed for the move.
The whole process went very smoothly, and within a week, Danu had arrived safe and sound in New York and was enjoying her first experience with snow : ) She is still learning she is not supposed to chase my cats, but she has settled in nicely...
I will definitely use PetRelocation again when Danu is ready to go back home, and I certainly have no hesitation recommending them to anyone else who needs to ship their pet someplace!
