Our family was hesitant about moving our animals by plane, being that it's such a long flight from California to Florida.

The staff was very reassuring and put us right as ease with this process. I was able to call them with any concerns or just for them to let me know they were in good hands.

Our animals arrived safely and I was overjoyed to see and love on them. It took a few days for them to adjust, but now with the cat tree here and our own furniture here it's like they never had a plane ride.
