I was not thrilled at the thought of having to send my Labrador, Wyatt, on an international journey by himself, but with the timing, this was the only way possible.
Straight away PetRelocation replied to my initial inquiry – a few competitors still haven’t return my call or email. My first contact with Whitney Ballou, the Pet Relocation Consultant, was perfect. Whitney scheduled a call, she gave me a detailed list of what to expect, she said that she would follow up with pricing, and she answered all the nerve wracking questions that I had!
Nothing could have worked more smoothly. Once we had confirmed flight details and moving requirements, Sarah Hosea, the Client Care Specialist, stepped in and reviewed all the logistics for Wyatt’s travel. I was so unsettled knowing that he would be flying from Dublin to JFK and then having to stay overnight for a transfer to Newark early the next morning.
Sarah gave me all the tracking links for Wyatt’s flights and confirmed his collection, transfer, and boarding were all in the capable hands of a favorite New York handler with PetRelocation, Cristina.
I was overjoyed not only when I had received email confirmation of Wyatt’s safe arrival, but when Sarah also sent on photos that Cristina had taken at the airport and where he would be staying overnight. I was so relieved, but truly beside myself when I met him at Sacramento Airport – as happy as Larry!
