Our representative, Amber, was always available to me by phone, and she took care of everything for us. We hit a bit of a snag when we didn't have Bob's Rabies Certificate. Amber calmed my anxiety, and immediately contacted the people in Kuwait to ensure that the paperwork we did have was sufficient to get him into the country.
Moving can be a very difficult endeavor, especially when you are moving internationally. PetRelocation eased our worries, and took care of everything concerning Bob for us.
