Thank you PetRelocation for helping us move our cat (Pekoe), and dog (Chrissy) from Toronto, Canada to Hong Kong.
Our agent was super helpful from the start. She provided us everything we needed to know, answered all our questions, and helped arrange all the vet visits and documents.
Your service allowed us to leave the country first, board the pets in Toronto with a family member, and then fly them out on their own on a later date. I don't know how we could have coordinated this without your help!
When the big day arrived, the move was less stressful than we had anticipated. You guys took care of everything and the pets arrived safely, bright, and alert. They were in very good condition and did not show any signs of trauma or distress.
The two of them have now settled into their new home, and we are all happy to be reunited. Thanks again for your help and peace of mind throughout this big move!
