Incredible Experiences: Cody's Move to Japan
PetRelocation helped us move our Jack Russell, Cody, from the US to Japan.
The process took about a year and PetRelocation helped us all the way through the long and complicated steps -- from the first part (getting a chip implanted), through the complex paperwork, through all the necessary tests and vet visits, up to the actual delivery to our apartment in Japan.
Their instructions were always very clear, and if I needed clarification I emailed Amber and she helped answer my questions right away. They even sent us a link so that we could track his flights.
Cody has been here for five days now and he is doing fine. He has jet lag and goes to sleep early every night and wakes up really early every morning, but hopefully he will get on our schedule very soon!
We were all very worried about him having to stay in his kennel so long, but now he loves his kennel and voluntarily takes his naps in it.
I was very satisfied with the job PetRelocation did in helping us get Cody here safely. I don't have one single complaint. I would definitely recommend them and I would use them again in the future if I need them.
