Incredible Experiences: Dog Travel to London
We were recommended to use PetRelocation by British Airways. We looked at other companies, but the quotes were more, and they were about making money, not about the comfort of the animal!
We were lucky enough to be allocated Amber to help us relocate Aspen -- and she was AMAZING!
We were kept informed every step of the way. We had to change Aspen's flight a couple of times at the last minute due to flight constraints imposed by the airline.
Amber was quick and efficient in dealing with this, and always told us what was happening, and sent photos of Aspen so we knew he was safe.
Aspen arrived at our address in the UK happy healthy and full of beans! We really could not have asked for better service.
I would highly recommend PetRelocation -- everyone involved only had the interest of the dog at heart -- they ROCK!!
