Incredible Experiences: Muffin is Home!
Having moved from Australia to the US only 18 months ago, we were not looking forward to moving Muffin again. She was so stressed after the flight to the US.
We explained all this to Kristen and she was great. Kirsten answered all of my questions regardless of how silly they were. Everything was so easy -- PetRelocation arranged everything and it really took some of the stress out of our move.
On the day of the trip, the agent who came to pick up Muffin was fantastic. We had explained to him her fear of the crate. He actually put the crate in his car so Muffin never saw it. He came and met us inside and patted Muffin for a little while. Once she was comfortable with him he took her out to the car and then into the crate.
We picked Muffin up in Frankfurt, and it took quite some time but the customs agent kept in contact with us so we knew we weren't forgotten.
Evelyn and Kirsten checked in on us a couple of times to make sure everything was going okay.
Muffin is loving Zurich and the colder weather. She saw her first snow last week and just loved it. She is 12 years old but was running around like a puppy.
