Good morning Keith,
Yes, we all arrived safely on Friday. I can't tell you how overjoyed we were when Naboo arrived at my Father's house. Naboo seemed pretty pleased to see us, too!!
The flight over was fairly turbulent, which was worrying for me at times, but when Naboo arrived he seemed calm and quite relaxed.
He appeared very well indeed!! He was very tired on that day, as were we all, but has since returned to his normal self and is certainly enjoying the cooler and wetter English weather!!
I cannot thank you enough for the fantastic service that you and your colleagues have provided!! You have always responded immediately with any queries I have had and managed to put my mind at ease from our very first conversation.
Both the agent who collected Naboo and the agent who delivered him were so nice and Naboo 'took' to them straight away, which was very reassuring. Obviously fellow 'doggy people' 😊
So, I just want to say another huge thank you!! I would most definitely recommend your service to others in our situation and of course, if we need to travel again in the future, we would not hesitate to contact you!
I've attached a couple of 'before & after' pics of Naboo. The third one with the orange ball in his mouth was pretty much immediately as he arrived. Then the following one is during his first walk in England.
