This experience went great for my dogs as well as my husband and I. I tried figuring out myself how to get my dogs to Tokyo, but quickly found that it was going to be difficult. PetRelocation had great reviews, and after speaking with Sarah I knew that this was the best choice.
Once we signed the contract Amber took over, and what a huge help she was. She was so kind, first of all, but kept me in the loop on the process and when things popped up that might have been a problem, she helped to find a solution. Thank you so much Amber!
My dogs flew a separate airline on a different day than my husband and I, and I was very anxious; however, Amber provided me with updates along the way. I was very pleased that they arrived clean as well as their crates. This really let me know that they were well taken care of.
