Relocating Pets on Military Orders: A Family’s Move to Hawaii

PetRelocation is so thankful for all of the men and women who serve our country in the US military. That's why it's such a joy when we get the chance to assist them in their moves. However, as many military families may tell you, sometimes those moves are very short notice. That's what Ashley found when she needed to move her furbabies, Chi Chi, Skyle and Turbo, to Hawaii. Here's their story!

Let me start out by saying Katie is amazing. We had last-minute military orders to Hawaii and were on a pretty short timeline to prepare our dogs to fly. I received my quote from our sales consultant very fast and she then put me in touch with my coordinator, Katie.

I was so worried I wouldn’t get everything done in time but Katie made sure I had everything squared away and kept me in the loop at all times on what came next. She really took so much stress off my shoulders.

Shortly before we traveled I had a really hard time accepting that my dogs would be alone for a while without us. I opened up to Katie about my worries and expressed how important my dogs were to me and my family. Katie understood and her willingness to keep me calm as best she could really helped me through the process. I’m sure she is excellent with other clients but I really felt like she went above and beyond for my family. I truly appreciate her.

PetRelocation, thank you for your amazing service, and thank you for having people on staff who genuinely care about pets. I will be using your service again when we leave the island in a few years!

Thank you, Ashley Turbo, Skyle and Chi Chi for allowing us to be part of your journey!
